I'm Zoe Toseland, a Freelance Marketeer and Graphic Designer with a passion for helping people tell their business stories. Whether it’s a creating print-ready high-resolution artwork, or digital content for your existing business or you’re looking to start out with a whole new brand or social media strategy, I’m here to help!
I specialise in delivering creative work to help you and your business - from eye-catching designs and creation of marketing materials to social media management, content creation and engaging copywriting.
With over 8 years of experience working as a marketeer and graphic designer, I bring plenty of experience to every project. I’m currently undertaking an MA in Visual Communication at Solent University.
Throughout my career I’ve helped clients bring their companies and brands to life through design & marketing, working on an array of different projects across many diverse industries. The businesses I work for come in all shapes and sizes: start-ups, SMEs and large companies in the UK, Europe and across the globe.
What I Do
Some projects entail experimenting with a client’s initial ideas to create new design concepts and visuals. Others involve updating existing designs or creating new collateral which fits in with an overall brand style. It really depends on your requirements.
I approach each project with a client-centred mindset and a sense of curiosity and enthusiasm. From the start, I collaborate with clients to ensure that I capture their thoughts and ideas, whilst bringing my own creativity; I believe that’s why so many clients come back again and again.

Approach
Discovery
Each project starts with an initial conversation. This is a chance for me to understand your needs as the client, not just in terms of what your requirements are but also your wider goals, ideas, and any problems the project can help solve.
We’ll work together to identify and agree the project objectives, deliverables, deadlines, and budget etc.
Create
Having developed a brief, and agreed to proceed with the project, I’ll work to create an initial concept, draft or options based on your needs and requirements..
Cultivate
It’s often said, “I’ll know it when I see it”. From the first draft, it’s your chance to provide feedback and request changes.
Using your feedback I’ll hone the design or project outputs. We’ll work through a series of collaborative reviews to craft and refine the work to ensure it hopefully exceeds your expectations.
Finalise
Once we’re happy with everything I’ll then finalise the deliverables. I’ll provide you with the design assets you need in the required formats.
You will also receive any relevant source files for the design collateral.
